Student Voices: Life at Campus Rangers International School

Choosing the right school for your child is a significant decision, and hearing directly from students can provide valuable insights. We recently had the chance to do an interview session, the students at Campus Rangers International School, an IGCSE school in Klang Valley, as they shared their thoughts on what makes their school experience special.

Let’s take a closer look at the insights shared by our students:

Students love the welcoming atmosphere and the strong sense of community at this IGCSE school. A major highlight for them is the opportunity to build friendships, as peers play a big role in their school life. They also appreciate the diverse range of subjects offered, engaging sports activities, and exciting school events such as leadership programs and uniform camps.

Among their favorite subjects, students mentioned Art & Design, History, and Physical Education (PE), highlighting how learning is made enjoyable through creativity, exploring the past, and interactive activities. The hands-on learning approach at this IGCSE school in Kuala Lumpur ensures that students stay motivated and engaged.

Beyond academics, the students enjoyed participating in fun and meaningful projects. For example, International Day celebrations, STEM projects, Festival artworks, Pet Club activities and many more!

When asked about their ambitions, every student had different dreams. From being an art teacher to a finance professional, and also to being a mother! School meals are another favorite aspect, with students enjoying dishes such as fried rice, doughnuts, and chocolate sandwiches.

Friendship and teamwork are highly valued in the school community. Students believe that a good friend is someone who shows kindness, gratitude, loyalty, and honesty and who shares similar values. When working with classmates who have different ideas, they emphasise the importance of considering all perspectives, testing each idea, and collaborating like pieces of a puzzle to create the best outcome.

To manage school-related stress, students turn to their friends, teachers, and simple relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or taking a walk. Some students mentioned that being able to step out of the classroom for a break helps them regain focus.
